PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a magnitude of a tsunami load applied to a frame structure of a building in the aspect different from the prior arts.SOLUTION: A building (10) comprises an outer wall (12), an opening (14) provided in the outer wall and different from an entrance/exit opening and a window opening, and a closing member (16) mounted to the outer wall (12) for closing the opening (14) in a cancellable manner. |
