PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmission apparatus and a radio transmission method for easy control of retransmission timing. SOLUTION: In the radio transmission method, a frame period T for retransmitting is set in advance. When the frame period T arrives, ACK information replies 46, 47, and 49 perform non-arrived packet retransmission 44 and packet again-and-again transmission 45 of a non-received packet only to a sender device 41 from a receiver device 42, thus easily specifying retransmission timing. Further, the retransmission timing is determined, based on timing when the packet is transmitted actually, the ACK information replies 46-49 can be returned together. |
