<p>PURPOSE: A composite touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the cost thereof and improve the light transmission rate. CONSTITUTION: A second insulation layer(12B) is placed on one side of a second conductive layer, and a controller(10) connects a first conductive layer to a second conductive layer. The controller applies first work voltage to the second conductive layer, and measures the voltage of the conductive layer. The controller judges whether the composite touch panel is activated in resistance manner or an electronic capacity manner.</p> |
