<p>PURPOSE: A forming device of a wheel speed sensor is provided to increase the work efficiency by automatically laying a connector core down on a mold. CONSTITUTION: A forming device of a wheel speed sensor comprises a low die(10), a slide mold(20), a connector core(100), a turning unit(200). The low die has a molding groove(12) on one side edge of the upper unit. The slide mold slides and reciprocates from the edge of the upper unit to the one side. The connector core is rotatably formed in the slide mold. The connector core fixes the sub assembly(110). The turning unit circulates the connector core by the transfer of the slide mold in order that the sub assembly is placed in an injection groove.</p> |
