PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module and a thermoelectric conversion device having improved heat radiating characteristics. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module (10) includes: a substrate (11) for arranging first thermoelectric elements (15a and 16a, 15b and 16b) for transferring heat with electric energy and a second thermoelectric element for converting heat energy to electric energy; and a heat exchanging member (19) arranged on the first or second thermoelectric element.
