<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a granulated resin composition with stable quality. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the granulated resin composition includes step A for measuring a revolution S<SB>PV</SB>of a cutter, step B for comparing the revolution S<SB>PV</SB>with a target revolution S<SB>SV</SB>, and step C for determining if the absolute difference of the revolutions obtained in step B exceeds the acceptable limit or not, thereby estimating the content of defective pellets without actually performing a test of the produced pellet.
