PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a terminal structure for a secondary battery, in which a bolt as a connecting terminal section can be attached after the secondary battery is assembled; the secondary battery; and a secondary battery module. SOLUTION: A positive electrode terminal 3 is roughly composed by being provided with a positive electrode plate 30, a connecting section 31, a bolt 32 and a bolt fixing section 40. The bolt 32 is provided with a base section 320, a screw thread section 321, and a projection section 322. In this case, the base section 320 is inserted to an insertion hole 44 of the bolt fixing section 40 through an insertion hole 313 of the connecting section 31. The bolt 32 has a tip section of the base section 320 which is brought into contact with a mobile section 41 when rotated in the direction of an arrow C, the rotation in the direction of the arrow C is restricted by an end section 43 and furthermore, the rotation in the direction which is reverse to the direction of the arrow C is restricted by a side surface section of the mobile section 41.
