PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-precision multi-layered fluid passage component that increases measuring precision of fluid of an ultrasonic fluid measuring device. SOLUTION: The multi-layered fluid passage component is provided with a partition board 11, lateral plates 12, 13, a top plate 14 and a bottom plate 15, wherein the partition board 11 divides a measuring fluid passage into a plurality of flat fluid passages 10, the lateral plates 12, 13 are orthogonal to the partition board 11 and support two edges of the partition board 11, and the top plate 14 and the bottom plate 15 which are arranged up and down are parallel to the partition board 11. The lateral plates 12, 13 are equipped with inserting holes 19 in which a portion of the partition board 11 is inserted, and fusing projection portions 20 respectively arranged on upper portions and lower portions of the inserting holes 19. With the portion of the partition board 11 inserted in the inserting holes 19, the partition board 11 is fused and fixed on the lateral plates 12, 13 by fusing the projection portions 20.
