<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release holding of braking force in synchronization with the timing of clutch meeting of individual persons without equipping a clutch sensor that is a component necessary only for detecting the timing of clutch meeting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Information regarding throttle opening or the like is transmitted from an EFI-ECU 80 to a brake ECU 70. In the brake ECU 70, engine torque during non-load is determined, and when a difference between the engine torque during non-load and actual engine torque becomes a predetermined value or more, it is determined that there is clutch meeting. In such manner, the timing of clutch meeting of individual people is detected without equipping a clutch sensor that is a component necessary only for detecting the timing of clutch meeting, and holding of braking force is released in synchronization with the timing.
