<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure produced by: confronting a peripheral wall 21 of a first casing member 2 with a peripheral wall 31 of a second casing member 3 to constitute a housing 1; providing circular first resin part 5 and second resin part 4 in the inside of both the peripheral wall 21 and the peripheral wall 31 respectively; and interposing a sealing ring 6 between the opposite faces of both resin parts 5, 4, where the resin parts 5, 4 are miniaturized and satisfactory waterproof effect is imparted to the housing 1. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this housing structure: the first resin part 5 and the second resin part 4 are joined to the insides of the peripheral walls 21, 31 respectively by a thermal fusion; in the circumference region of the opposite face of the first resin part 5, a peripheral groove 52 opened opposite to the second resin part 4 and opened opposite to the first casing material 2 is provided in a caving condition, and in the circumference region of the opposite face of the second resin part 4, a projection 41 engaging with the peripheral groove 52 of the first resin part 5 is provided in a projecting condition; and the sealing ring 6 is clamped between the peripheral groove 52 and the projection 41.
