<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a photosensitive resin composition for a colored layer of a color filter, which has good adhesion to a thermosetting overcoat layer applied to flatten a surface of a color filter with at least red (R), green (G) and blue (B) colored pixels on a transparent substrate, and which avoids peeling even in a peeling test; a color filter; and a liquid crystal display device free of disordered liquid crystal alignment and having good display properties. <P>SOLUTION: A photosensitive green colored composition is used, which contains a photopolymerizable monomer and a non-photosensitive resin and/or a photosensitive resin in a mass content ratio (monomer/resin) of 0.35-1.2, wherein a coating film of the composition after curing by light irradiation and/or baking has a contact angle to water of 80-100°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
