<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage of a vegetable juice and/or fruit juice which has less sticky feeling and thus is easy to ingest. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage comprises 1 to 10 mass% alginic acid having ≥30,000 and <40,000 peak top molecular weight, as measured by gel permeation chromatography after its heat treatment, or its salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
