PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent smoking and ignition of a component even if a main power supply is cut off and then the power supply is turned off and on, when a load is short-circuited or a MOSFET of a switching power supply is short-circuited and damaged. SOLUTION: When switching power supplies a, b, n each having a function of detecting an overcurrent, an overcurrent and a low voltage are employed, and the load connected to the output of the switching power supply is short-circuited, the main power supply 201 is compulsorily turned off when the MOSFET of the switching power supply is short-circuited and damaged, and failure logs of the switching power supplies are stored in a nonvolatile storage means EEPROM 130. Even when ON/OFF of the power supplies is performed, power recovery of the main power supply is suppressed to notify the outside of the switching power supply with the failure when an abnormal log of the switching power supply exists in the nonvolatile storage means.
