<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating anode X-ray tube device capable of moving an X-ray focus at high speed to a body axis direction without deflecting electron beams, and to provide an X-ray CT device using the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rotating anode X-ray tube device is equipped with a cathode to emit the electron beams, an anode target which makes the electron beams collide and generates X rays making a collision point as a focus point, and a rotation mechanism to rotate the anode target, as well as level differences arranged at least at a predetermined intervals in a rotation direction, formed in a region of the anode target electron beam collision side.
