<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus which can efficiently remove an adhesion-proofing agent adhered to a rubber sheet member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rubber sheet member R to which the adhesion-proofing agent adhered is conveyed in the longitudinal direction by a conveying roller 3 and made to pass through water W to keep the entire surface of the rubber sheet member immersed in the water W stored in a water tank 2, so that the adhesion-proofing agent is peeled off from the surface of the rubber sheet member R by the water W.
