The device has a strip heater (10) and a controller (20), which are connected together by electrical cables (30). The strip heater is controlled by the controller, and is formed by an outer bag (12) and an inner heating disk. The bag is made of heat resistant material, and the heating disk is sealed in the bag. A rear section (122) of the bag is provided with connecting elements at an outer side. The strip heater sticks to a piece of clothing and is separated from the piece of clothing using the connecting elements.
