The method involves removing the damaged blade part of the turbine blades at a parting plane on the remaining blade. A cast blank (4) is provided, where the crystallographic orientation of the remaining blade and the blank is recorded. The inner and outer contour of the blade replacement part is manufactured by wire eroding.
