Automatic calibration of brightness sensors in buildings

The method involves determining external brightness outside a room (3) at identifiable intervals by an external brightness sensor (6), where the room has a transparent opening (4), through which the sunlight rays (5) penetrate inside the room. The corresponding position of the sun (11) is calculated. The interior brightness of the room is determined by a measuring device (12). An independent claim is included for a device for automatic recalibration of an internal brightness sensor for a lamp in a room of a building.
