PURPOSE: A vehicle velocity display device is provided to improve the stability of vehicle driving by remarkably reducing collision accidents between vehicles in the front and the rear. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(20-28) measures the velocity information of a vehicle, the deceleration information and the collision information. A control unit(30) receives the measurement information from the sensor. The control unit determines the received measurement information and controls the display of the information related to the velocity of a vehicle. A speed display unit(40) displays the velocity and the related information with the control of the control unit and is installed in the rear glass part of a vehicle. The speed display unit is simultaneously turned on with a brake lamp. The speed display unit includes a LED or a LCD.
