<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide intake equipment of an engine which can be miniaturized to present an attractive outward appearance, and further provide a motorcycle provided with it. <P>SOLUTION: The air cleaner 13 includes a main body 100 provided with outlet ports 114, 115 from which intake air taken into a 2nd chamber 105 from the outside is let out through a throttle body 80 to the engine E, and a cover part 102 which covers at least partly the main body 100 to form the 2nd chamber 105 to the main body 100.
