PURPOSE: A system for producing feed from food waste is provided to manufacture high quality fermented feed promoting digestion and intake of nutrients by coating the feed particles with microorganisms by pulverizing the fermented and dried food waste. CONSTITUTION: A sorting grinder(20) separates various kinds of foreign materials while crushing food waste discharged from a feeding tank(10). A dehydrating device(30) dehydrates moisture contained in the food waste. A storage tank(40) temporarily stores the dehydrated food waste. A first fermenting and drying device(50) ferments and dries the food waste in a pressure reduction vacuum condition. A second fermenting and drying device(60) dries and ferments the food waste. A grinder(70) pulverizes the dried food waste. A molding machine(80) molds the feed powder to a grain particle of 3 ~ 5 mm. A microorganism coating device(90) coats the surface of the feed particles with the microorganisms. |
