The method for the combined laparoscopic transabdominal allohernioplasty provides for the cut of the peritoneum at the site of the internal inguinal ring, the separation of the lower flap of the peritoneum from the underlying structures, the separation of the support structures, the insertion of the folded polypropylene mesh into the broad port, its fixation to the underlying structures with herniostapler, and the peritonization of the mesh by suturing manually superior and inferior peritoneal flaps. The diverticulum-shaped extended lumbar fascia is everted into the peritoneal cavity as the dublicature and fixed at a distance of 2- from Cooper ligament and Poupart ligament. |
