METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF MIXED HEMANGIOMA OF LOWER LIP

A method for the surgical treatment of the mixed hemangioma of the lower lip comprises the preliminary sewing of the tumor and the wedge-shaped resection of the tissues of the lower lip, with the base of the wedge facing the red border. U-shaped sutures are applied to 2-3 deforming regions of resection directed from the red border to the transition fold. The sewed excess of tumor is resected with the aid ultrasound scalpel sparing the skin and the orbicular muscle of mouth.
