摘要 A process for the determination of lime activity in lime milk comprises titration of weighed amount of lime milk by hydrochloric acid. The amount of lime milk of 500-600 cmis taken, filtered, the weighed amount of lime water in quantity of 50-60 g is selected, and after that it is titrated by decinormal hydrochloric acid. The activity of the lime in the lime milk is defined as percentage ratio of lime concentration in the lime water to the value of lime solubility in it.
