A device for taking off and installation of lever of guide blade of hydro-turbine with guide blades comprising pivots and levers installed on the blade pivots comprises a joint plate with central opening that is fixed on the lever; threaded rod that is fixed on the blade pivot and forcing nut that is installed on the threaded rod. The joint plate is arranged with collar along central opening. The forcing nut is arranged with collar along the perimeter, and the device is arranged as one set of elements with possibility of use for lever removal and for lever installation as well.
