PURPOSE: A biogas producing device using organic waste is provided to effectively remove a foul smell produced in a reservoir, and to easily refine moisture while increasing the amount of biogas by moving an agitating device. CONSTITUTION: A biogas producing device using organic waste comprises the following: a reservoir(100) exhausting a foul smell in the air to a ventilation fan while moving the organic waste with a hydraulic pumping device; a soil deodorizing part(200) formed with a gravel layer, a net, a sand layer, and soil, and is connected to the ventilation fan; a first anaerobic digestion tank(300) and a second anaerobic digestion tank(300b) producing biogas; an agitating device(400) vertically moved in the anaerobic digestion tank; a moisture purifier(500) removing moisture from the biogas; a gas gathering tank(600) gathering gas passing through the moisture purifier; a cogeneration device(700) supplying power to each motor; an anaerobic stabilization tank(800) temporarily storing remaining waste; a liquid fertilizer(900) storing the organic waste; and a liquefied fertilizer purifying tank(1000) receiving contaminated water of the organic waste from liquid fertilizer.
