The present invention refers to a centering for the foundation of buildings, which comprises: at least two opposite plastic boards, where the same have an inner and an outer side, and where said boards comprise at least a whole from the inner side to the outer side thereof, a tube per each board, where the tube is fastened by said whole, and where the tube has a lower diameter than that of the whole; a bar housed within each tube, which has a diameter lower than that of the tube and with a length higher than that of said tube, where the bar is motion free with regard to said tube; a frame fastened to each board by means of a plurality of fastening elements, said frame having an upper portion, a lower portion and two sides, where between each side of the frame, at least a fastening bar is located perpendicularly to each side of the frame, where the fastening bar is able to create a normal strength between the boards that fights against the strength of a concrete poured between the boards; and a fastening element per each end portion of the board that is fastened at the end protruding portions of the bar, where the protruding end portions are the difference between the length of the bar and the length of the tube and frame. The use of the centering, a system for using the centering and a method for forming a centering system are data to be disclosed as well.
