PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage detection module device of a battery pack which is capable of wiring to respective battery cells easily by a simple structure, and causes no voltage drop. SOLUTION: The high voltage detection module device 10 of the battery pack is comprised by deploying a plurality of bus bars 12 at an insulation frame body 11 combined with the battery pack body in a state of connecting prescribed plus terminal and minus terminal of the battery cell, deploying a flat cable 13 in a region of the insulation frame body 11 except this deployment region, and welding a conductor wire separated by making a notch in a specified condition between the respective conductor wires of this flat cable 13 while leaving roots to the bus bar 12 as it is.
