PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunscreen cosmetic containing hexyl diethylaminohydroxybenzoylbenzoate, having excellent stability with time and water resistance, hardly causing powdery finish and sticky feeling when used, and providing excellent spreadability, adhesion and moisture retention. SOLUTION: The sunscreen cosmetic contains (A) a specific fluorine-modified silicone, (B) the hexyl diethylaminohydroxybenzoylbenzoate and (C) a specified silicone-based surfactant.
