An ebullient cooling apparatus (1) is provided with a storing section (2) which stores inside a liquid cooling medium which receives heat from a heat generating body (Z), and the apparatus is mounted in a vehicle. The liquid cooling medium is a mixed liquid of water and ethanol, and the ethanol concentration of the mixed liquid is 40 mass% or more.</p> |
