<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-assemble ball joint 13 having simpler structure than conventional one for more reliably preventing corotation of a resin sheet 30. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The resin sheet 30 is interposed between a housing 29 and a spherical head portion 39 of the ball joint 13. The housing 29 includes a cylindrical member 32 inside which the resin sheet 30 is arranged, and a plug plate 33 fixed to one end of the cylindrical member 32 to be blocked. A recessed groove 44 which is provided in a bottom portion 37 of the resin sheet 30 and a protrusion 48 which is provided on the plug plate 33 are fitted to each other to prevent the rotation of the resin sheet 30.
