<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief printing plate material which ensures little print stain, little plate surface stain and high printing durability, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the relief printing plate material 10, depressed portions 11 and the side faces of raised portions 12 are coated with a water- and oil-repellent film 13 formed by a membrane material containing a fluorocarbon group. The relief printing plate material 10 is produced by the method comprising (1) a back exposure step, (2) a step of selectively removing a mask material 17 covering portions forming the raised portions 12, (3) an exposure step, (4) a step of coating the portions freed of the mask material 17 with the film 20 of a water-soluble resin, (5) a development step, (6) a finish exposure step, (7) a water- and oil-repellent treatment step of forming a water- and oil-repellent film 13 on the whole surface on the printing surface side by bringing a water- and oil-repellent treatment liquid into contact with the surfaces of the depressed portions 11 and the raised portions 12, and (8) a washing step of washing and removing the film 20 of the water-soluble resin with a washing liquid in which the film 20 is soluble. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
