FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and covers producing a disposable piece of clothing improved to protect external genitals of the user from excrement pollution. The piece of clothing contains a flexible base and a semirigid absorbent panel laid on an internal surface of the base. A pad limiting an inside layer of the base is attached to the absorbent panel in the motionless area limited within a wedge shaped piece. The canal is formed through the pad in the position displaced aside from the motionless area towards the back waist area to supply excrements through the canal. The first elastic element passes along a peripheral edge of the canal so that to be stretched and shortened. The second elastic element and the third elastic element are paired and laid out of the opposite lateral edges of the canal so that to be stretched and shortened longitudinally in a canal vicinity. ^ EFFECT: invention allows protecting genitals from excrement pollution and preventing urine leaks. ^ 8 cl, 8 dwg
