PURPOSE: A vehicle tire which operating stability and noise reducing performance is improved is provided to form a kerf whose depth is in 30~40% of the depth of a groove. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tire which operating stability and noise reducing performance is improved comprises: a thread(1) wherein a shoulder block(3) which is partitioned by the outermost groove(2) and a vertical groove are formed; a sidewall; and a bead portion. A kerf(4) is formed on the shoulder block from the outermost groove to the leading end of the tread with a depth of 30~40% of the depth of the outermost groove.
