<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lid component simplifying a manufacturing process, and reducing cost and the weight in the manufacture of a resin-made lid component. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lid component 1 is formed by adhering and fixed a resin-made outer panel 3 to a resin-made inner panel 2. A reinforcement 4 provided in the inner panel 2 and outer panel 3 is formed by forming a plurality of foam holes 43 in a reinforcement body 41 as a metal body of the predetermined shape while encapsulating foaming adhesive 42 foamed by the conduction heating inside the reinforcement 4. Foaming is executed by executing the conduction to the reinforcement body 41 to foam the foaming adhesive 42 with the inner panel 2 and outer panel 3 fitted to each other, and the inner panel 2 and outer panel 3 are adhered and fixed to each other, and the reinforcement body 41 is fixed between the panels.
