PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image retrieval system for assisting input of an image for retrieval. SOLUTION: A user interface for operating execution of image retrieval includes: an image information acquiring section 232 for acquiring a first image and a second image; an image information editing section 235 for generating a condition image which is a retrieval condition of the image retrieval by combining the first image and the second image; and a retrieval execution instruction section 234 for instructing the execution of the image retrieval based on the generated condition image.
