ADDITIVE FOR DIFFERENTIATION INDUCTION CULTURE MEDIUM, AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed is an additive for a differentiation induction culture medium for inducing the differentiation of at least one cell selected from the group consisting of a stem cell, a dental pulp cell, a periodontal cell, a placenta, an amnion and a fibroblast into a bone under serum-free conditions.  Also disclosed is use of the additive.  Specifically disclosed is an additive for a differentiation induction culture medium for inducing the differentiation of a stem cell under serum-free conditions, which comprises at least one or more growth factors selected from the group consisting of EGF, FGF and PDGF, dexamethasone and ß-glycerophosphoric acid.  Ascorbic acid 2-phosphate and ITS are normally essential for the differentiation into bones.  However, these compounds are unnecessary when the additive is used.  Further, the bone differentiation can be promoted by further adding a phospholipid.
