<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize difference of communication rates in each vehicle of a train. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a wireless LAN system, wireless access points 10, 11, and 12 within a train notify the number of wireless terminals 20, 21, 22, 23, and 30 connected to its own device to other access points, calculates a communication band in proportion to the number of connected terminals of its own device from the number of wireless terminals notified from the other access points, and controls the communication band according to the calculated communication band, thereby equalizing the communication rate of each vehicle.
