<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium to/from which digital moving image information can be recorded/reproduced, and to provide an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device using the medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information recording medium, cell time information includes a time code table relating to a video object, the same part of the video object is reproduced in an overlapped manner between different cells in difference PGCs, the cell time information includes information relating to the end position of an I picture in the video object and includes information relating to the number of specific units managed on the time code table, and the time code table includes time information relating to reproduction of each specific unit in the video object.
