<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting apparatus which can firmly fix a component to a mounting substrate while the component is repeatedly attached to/detached from the mounting substrate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The component mounting apparatus comprises as follows. It has a nut 4 in which a screw hole 5 is formed in a central point and a spiral groove 10 is formed in a peripheral surface, and screw 6 screwed to the spiral groove 10; it fixes the nut 4 to a mounting substrate 2 by screwing the nut 4 to an attaching hole 14 of the mounting substrate 2; a component 3 is arranged in the end surface 17 of the nut 4; and the component 3 is fixed by screwing the screw 6 to the screw hole 5 of the nut 4.
