<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a motor noise, which evaluates a sound sensitivity by vibration transmission from built-in object of a motor to be inspected. <P>SOLUTION: In the inspection system 100, as a first inspection, the motor to be inspected 10 is rotated by a rotation number control of a load motor 2 at unload condition, and a motor noise characteristics is measured in that state. The measured noise characteristics is then evaluated every rotation order of the motor. As a second inspection, the motor 10 is rotated by the rotation number control of the load motor 2, the motor 10 is vibrated by exciting only a q-axis current, and the noise characteristics of the motor at that state is measured. Then, as a third inspection, the motor 10 is rotated by the rotation number control of the load motor 2, the motor 10 is vibrated by exciting only a d-axis current, the noise characteristics of the motor in that state is measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
