FIELD: tools for mechanical processing of materials by cutting, in particular, needle cutting. ^ SUBSTANCE: needle cutter has spindle, disks mounted on spindle, each of said disks being equipped with peripheral openings for attachment of V-shaped bundles of wire piles and immovable flanges for fixation of disks on spindle. Needle cutter is further equipped with mechanism for axial displacement of movable flange, said mechanism including cylinder immovably fixed on spindle, axially movable piston and return compression springs. Additional movable flange is fixed to end of piston. Needle cutter of such construction may be used for trimming of welded joints and for cleaning of surfaces of metal and other articles from corrosion and scale. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of processing of surfaces. ^ 3 cl, 7 dwg |
