PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device capable of searching paths that lead to a destination, in a short time by taking lanes into consideration. SOLUTION: In the on-vehicle navigation device includes a specific means (CPU 11) for specifying a self-vehicle position, a reception means (touch-sensitive liquid crystal display) receiving input of the destination, and a searching means (CPU 11) for making referenece to the road information stored in a memory device (HDD 14) to search for a path, from the self-vehicle position to the destination; and when a link approaching a node is adopted as an approaching link and a link escaping from a node as an escaping link, the searching means executes cost calculation, by taking the existence or the nonexistence of a lane that leads from the approaching link to the escaping link.
