PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw with a ball spline increasing load capacity in a ball spline part. SOLUTION: In the ball screw with the ball spline, a number of balls 5 for the spline arranged in a circulation passage of the ball for the spline (a main passage 18 and a return passage 19) is set so that a gap in a prescribed amount exists between the balls 5. A total gap amount G is set to be smaller than the dimension calculated by subtracting a ball diameter D of the ball 5 for the spline from a length L of a spline groove 7 between crossing parts 20 adjacent in an axial direction (G<L-D).
