WIRE SAW WITH 3D-SHAPED BEADS

PURPOSE: A wire saw having three-dimensional beads is provided to reduce an operator's fatigue and improve flexibility by reducing the length of a bead. CONSTITUTION: A wire saw(30) having three-dimensional beads comprises a wire(31), first and second beads(33,34), and a resin coated layer. The first bead is bent and inserted into the wire. The second bead is adjacent to the first bead and is inserted into the wire. The second bead is symmetrical to the first bead. The resin coated layer seals wire, the first bead, and the second bead with resin. The resin coated layer exposes the outer circumference of the beads. Multiple pairs of the first and second beads are repetitively inserted into the wire.
