PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which is comfortable to wear by efficiently and speedily discharging moisture accumulated between the wearer's skin and the diaper during wearing. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1A consists of a front body 2, a crotch part 4, and a rear body 6, and includes an absorber 22, a top sheet 18 disposed so as to cover the front surface of the absorber 22, and a back sheet 20 disposed so as to cover the rear surface of the absorber 22. In each end region in the longitudinal direction of the front body 2 and the rear body 6, a ventilation member 10a is attached, and ventilation grooves 5a communicating in the longitudinal direction are formed.
