<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating material for a laminated glass capable of improving adhesive strength with an interlayer film of the laminated glass, and to provide a laminated glass excellent in long term stability and having improved crime prevention performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laminating material for use in laminating two glass sheets with an interlayer film interposed therebetween, which comprises a substrate and an adhesive layer lying on at least one side thereof, the adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic resin which has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 40 to 60°C and a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 20,000 to 100,000.
