PURPOSE: A method for recovery of a communication clock or communication data is provided to synchronize a clock and data effectively by making inputted clock from a previous system reverse and outputting them a next system. CONSTITUTION: A clock received from a previous system is reversed through an operation of a flip-flop(10) and a inverter(20) and is outputted to a next system. Data received from the previous system is outputted to the next system at a falling edge of the inputted clock or a rising edge of the clock which is compensated.
