PURPOSE: A soil washing apparatus for polluted soil restoration is provided to reduce installation costs and operating costs of the apparatus to 30% or more with simplification of a washing process, and to separate soil particles according to a particle size. CONSTITUTION: A soil washing apparatus(1) for polluted soil restoration comprises the following; a first drum(10) in which a plurality of penetration holes is formed; a second drum(20) in which penetration holes are smaller than the holes of the first drum; a third drum(30) which protects exterior with filter cloth(32) to discharge water and minute soil containing contaminants; and a sprinkler pipe(40) connected to each drum downward.
