PURPOSE: A positive photosensitive anion electrodeposition paint composition is provided to improve a liquid storage stability and a circuit formation efficiency of the composition without using a complex acrylic resin production process. CONSTITUTION: A positive photosensitive anion electrodeposition paint composition contains 60~95 parts of water-soluble or water-dispersible vinyl copolymer including a carboxyl group by weight, 5~40 parts of low molecular weight photoresist by weight, and 0.2~0.9 mol of third amine as a neutralizing agent per 1 mol of carboxyl group. The water-soluble or water-dispersible vinyl copolymer is obtained by polymerizing 2~15 parts of copolymerizable vinyl monomer by weight, 85~98 parts of another copolymerizable vinyl monomer by weight, and 0.05~10 parts of chain transfer agent. |
